I've been there... 

as a dad, business owner, and golfer, I know exactly how hard it is to find time for your own health and hobbies each week. 

I personally signed up to work with a golf strength coach in 2021.

This guy was a brilliant coach, with the credentials to prove it having worked with golfers at the highest level.

But there was a problem...

The workouts he programmed for me would take upwards of 90 minutes, and once I'd factored in travelling to and from the gym I was having to find 2 HOURS for each session.

They also weren't practical...
