My first small steps into the Fitness Industry began as a 17 year old aspiring Golf Professional. At that time I could’ve best been described as “cuddly” and suffered from an extreme lack of confidence. Luckily, aided by the increasing popularity of Weight Training for Golf, I found the gym and with that my confidence, alongside my physique, finally began to develop.

Fitness to me is a combination of great body confidence, a healthy state of mind and a balanced lifestyle. I’m a normal person who enjoys a Gin at the weekends, the occasional tub of Ben and Jerry’s and pushing all my anxieties and stresses to one side when I step in the gym.

I hope to help you find your own version of this and look forward to working together either Online or 121 at our Private Facility in Chichester.
